ربما يكون ايمينيم اشهر و انجح مغني لموسيقى ( الراب ) في أميركا هذه الأيام...

اشتهر ايمينيم أكثر عندما أعلن خلافه القوي مع أمه والذي وصل إلى المحاكم فقد رفعت عليه أمه عددا من قضايا القذف و التشهير و طالبته بتعويضات تصل إلى ملايين الدولارات. و قد أطلقت عليه الكثير من الألقاب و يقول: ( اعتادت أمي إن تطردني من المنزل و كنت اذهب إلى منزل جدتي في الليلة نفسها وأقول لها إن أمي طردتني من جديد ) وهناك أشياء يرفض الخوض فيها في الوقت الراهن على الأقل لان سيف الدعاوى القضائية سلط عليه.
ولا بد أن نجد له العذر في ذلك لان أمه حاولت الحصول على تعويض بقيمة عشرة ملايين دولار منه ولم تكتف بذلك بل طرحت اسطوانة فيها الجانب المتعلق بها من الخلاف مع ابنها.
وتمنت أن يكون الابن توفي بدل خاله روني ويقول ايمينيم ( قالت لي أنها تتمنى لو أنني مت و بقى خالي روني هنا لذلك السبب سأبقى في نظرها ميتا للأبد ).
وعلاقة ايمينيم مع أمه سيئة لدرجة أنها لم تلتقي ابنته هايلي و يقول: انه لا يثق بان تكون أمه قريبة من ابنته لأنها كتبت له رسائل مريضة وأرادت منه أن يقراها لها لكنه رماها.

المرآة في حياة ايمينيم:
هي كيم المتحدرة من عائلة تعاني من المشاكل والتي كانت تتردد على ملاجئ الأطفال ويقول: انه لا يعرف أن كانت هربت أو خرجت عندما التقاها أول مرة في زيارة قامت بها إلى شقيقة احد أصدقائه و يضيف انه كان و صديقه يجلسان في المنزل بعد ذهبوا يستمعان إلى الموسيقى و كان ايمينيم يقفز و هو يرقص على الطاولة و تصادف أن دخلت كيم و تشاهده فيزيد من قوة أدائه مستعرضا إلى أن قدمته شقيقة صديقه لها و توطدت علاقته مع كيم إلى أن تزوجها و أنجبت له ابنته هايلي لكن كيم خانته في النهاية.

اما حكاية والده فهي الأغرب إذا ترك والده منزل عائلته قبل أن يتعلم الابن المشي و سافر إلى كاليفورنيا و يذكر انه كان يجلس في منزل عمة والده و يحضر واجباته المدرسية فيتصل أبوه و يتحدث مع الجميع و لم يطلب إليه أبدا. و عندما طرقت الشهرة و الثروة بابه, عرض عليه أبوه أن يصبح جزءا من حياته... و يرد ايمينيم على العرض بالقول: ( على مدى خمسة و عشرين عاما لم يرغب في أن يراني و يتذرع الان بأنه لم يستطيع الاتصال بي ) هذا هراء.
ولقد راؤه على شاشة التلفزيون يقول أن لديه صورا لي و أنا طفل صغير. كان شيئا لطيفا أن أراه و أن اعرف أن هكذا سيكون شكلي عندما اكبر. ولسبب أو لأخر يعتبر ايمينيم الآن أن ابنته هايلي هي عائلته و هو يرفض أن يرى والده أو والدته و له أسبابه في هذا.
