i heard about use and usage of language but i didn't knew what's the difference between it yet

Nice topic

I think the difference between use and usage is quite big
For example, we say, Do not use this tool, Its dangerous
In the second condition we say,
The usage of this tool is very dangerous
Here we find, In the first condition we've specified the subject
while its an opposite in the second condition we haven't mentioned any subject

Yesterday, i was asked " why cant we use songs lyrics or some news titles in the English section?" i said " because it is part of using the language not loving it"
Well, i meant to say that English is a whole world all by itself. Therefore, it should not be used up as a tool.
When you bring up a song in English the main focus is on the song itself regardless in what language it is.
This is why a song , a movie or news titles or etc are not acceptable over here.
