بحبشت شوي و طيرني القوقل على موقع الحكومة النرويجية, لقيت مقال بعنوان "Norway normalises relations with Palestinian Unity Government"

النرويج تطبع علاقاتها مع حكومة الوحدة الوطنية.بتاريخ 19/03/2007.


هلا ما بعرف اذا هالمقال كتير بيفيد بس بما انو الكلام اللي فيه لوزير الخارجية النرويجي فبيعبر اكيد عن موقف الحكومة النرويجية. رح حطو فقرة فقرة و مع الترجمة اللي بقدر عليها. و انتو شوفو شو بيطلع معكم.


"Norway normalises relations with Palestinian Unity Government
Norway welcomes the formation of the Palestinian Unity Government,” said Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.


"النرويج ترحب بتشكيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية," قال وزير الخارجية يوهانس غهير ستوره.


"In its programme, the Unity Government is taking important steps towards complying with the international community’s demands. Norway will thus on this basis re-establish political and economic relations with the Palestinian Government,” said Mr Støre

"في برنامجها, حكومة الوحدة الوطنية تأخذ خطوات مهمة نحو الامتثال لمتطلبات المجتمع الدولي. و بناء على ذلك سوف تقوم النرويج بأعادة ارساء العلاقات السياسية و الاقتصادية مع الحكومة الفلسطينية,"قال ستوره.


“On the basis of the new government’s political platform, Norway expects the Palestinian authorities to respect basic international standards as regards compliance with previously concluded agreements, renunciation of violence and recognition of Israel’s right to exist. It is now important that the new government in practice continues reconciliation efforts among the Palestinians and implements political and economic reforms,” said the Foreign Minister.

"على اساس البرنامج السياسي للحكومة الجديدة, النرويج تتوقع من السلطات الفلسطينية احترام المعايير الدولية بما يتعلق بالامتثال للاتفاقات المبرمة سابقا, و نبذ العنف والاعتراف بحق اسرائيل بالوجود. و من المهم الان ان تكمل الحكومة الجديدة في جهود المصالحة بين الفلسطينيين و تنفيذ الاصلاحات السياسية و الاقتصادية." قال وزير الخارجية.


Norway has consistently supported President Mahmoud Abbas’s efforts to find
democratic national solutions that will unify the Palestinian people.


النرويج تؤيد باستمرار جهود الرئيس محمود عباس بايجاد حلول وطنية و ديمقراطية من شأنها توحيد الشعب الفلسطيني.


“I congratulate President Abbas on what has now been achieved. We will continue to support the President actively in his efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state free of occupation. I support US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in her efforts to initiate negotiations between President Abbas and Prime Minister Olmert,” the Foreign Minister continued.


انا اهنئ الرئيس عباس على ما تم تحقيقه الان. و نحن سنواصل دعم الرئيس بنشاط في جهوده من اجل اقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقلة و خالية من الاحتلال. وانا اؤيد الوزيرة كونداليسا رايس في جهودها الساعية الى الشروع في المفاوضات بين الرئيس عباس و رئيس الوزراء اولمرت." يكمل رئيس الخارجية.


“The formation of a Palestinian Unity Government is a historic event. The alternative to this government would be continued violence and unrest in the Palestinian territory. It is essential that the Unity Government gains control of the security situation in Gaza and the West Bank, and that the rocket attacks on Israeli areas cease. Norway calls on the Unity Government to make an active effort to secure Corporal Shalit’s release. This is necessary in order to continue President Abbas’ dialogue policy vis-à-vis Israel,” said the Foreign Minister.


تشكيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية الفلسطينية هو حدث تاريخي. ان البديل لهذه الحكومة سيكون استمرار العنف و الاضطرابات في الاراضي الفلسطينية. و انه من الضروري ان تكسب حكومة الوحدة الوطنية السيطرة على الوضع الامني في غزة و الضفة الغربية, وايقاف الهجمات الصاروخية على المناطق الاسرائيلية. النرويج تدعو حكومة الوحدة الوطنية لبذل جهود ناشطة لضمان الافراج عن الجندي شاليط. هذا من الضروري من اجل ان يواصل الرئيس عباس سياسة الحوار تجاه اسرائيل," قال وزير الخارجية.


“Norway will deal with members of the new Palestinian Government as representatives of a broad and representative Unity Government. Norway upholds its demands on Hamas as an organisation,” said Mr Støre.


النرويج ستتعامل مع اعضاء الحكومة الفلسطينية الجديدة كممثلين عن حكومة وحدة واسعة. النرويج تتمسك بمطالبها على ان حماس منظمة," قال ستروه.


“Norway calls on the international community to work constructively with the Palestinian Authorities. We particularly call on Israel to take a constructive approach to the Unity Government, for example by releasing withheld Palestinian revenues from taxes and fees and by increasing the freedom of movement for the Palestinian population,” said Foreign Minister Støre.


النرويج تدعو المجتمع الوطني للعمل بشكل بناء مع السلطات الفلسطينية. و نحن ندعو اسرائيل لتتخذ نهج بناء تجاه حكومة الوحدة, على سبيل المثال بالافراج عن الاموال الفلسطينية من عائدات الضرائب والرسوم و زيادة لحرية التنقل للسكان الفلسطينيين," قال وزير الخارجية ستوره.
