Just as Phoebe is about to sing folk songs at Centeral Perk, New york has a black out. Chandler is trapped in an ATM vestibule with Victoria secret model Jill Goodacre. Ross decides that he is finally going to ask Rachel out. The friends find a cat that they decide to return. While Rachel and Pheobe are knocking on doors, Rachel meets a hot Italian named Paolo. Ross asks him not to ask Rachel out, but when the power kicks back in, you see Rachel and Paolo kissing.
